Project Coordinator - Remote

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ensure deliverables/milestones in project plans are achieved within schedule, scope, quality, and delivery
· Leverage industry best practices to plan, manage, monitor and report on all projects
· Follow Project Management Framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage gate reviews
· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
· Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
· Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
· Track project milestones and deliverables
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
· Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
· Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
· Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
· Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
· Work with other Donnelley Financial team members to spread project management standards, disciplines and rigor
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
· A minimum of 2 years of hands-on project management experience
· Proven ability to manage project deliverables, and maintain internal and client relationships
· Experience in project plans, resource allocations, and priorities
· Demonstrated skills with project management tools
· Experience working with geographically distributed teams helpful
· Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent analytical and technical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions
· Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems
