Effectively support customer projects by executing lifecycle activities, documentation, and championing research initiatives, while meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Director, Customer Operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Engineering, Consulting, etc.) with direct and indirect project activities, to reduce time to go-live and increase satisfaction for project44 customers and carriers
• Build and manage internal and external project reporting, helping project44 build more predictive outcomes
• Drive carriers / capacity providers / vendors and customers to meet timelines, reporting and/or escalating risks to project leadership
• Own and manage internal workflow and operations processes to ensure efficient onboarding of customers and vendors to the project44 network
• Participate in planned and ad-hoc internal projects to drive internal efficiency and reduce carrier/customer time to go-live 

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Must be able to travel up to 10% on short notice
• Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience or internships in with:
  • Logistics Operations, and/or
  • Project Management, and/or
  • Research & Data Gathering
• Strong reporting skills, with classes or experience in data mining or similar
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Ability to quickly grasp technology and use to solve problems
• Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
