OneSpan is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Bi-Lingual Spanish/English to join its Professional Services department in US. The Project Manager manages and pro-actively steers the overall project. They manage and guard the typical project boundaries: the scope, team, time, and maintaining the quality of the end-result by following the defined methodologies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create the “Statement of Work”
- Determine objectives based upon technical overview
- Determine the right approach with needed activities, roles, deliverables and timing together with the Technical Consultant or other project members
- Plan projects
- Coordinate projects with the internal team and customers
- Project management (escalation, change process, steering committee)
- Gather information from Project Team members and other participants
- Lead customer contacts
- Manage and set expectations with customers (deliverables, milestones)
- Inform and coordinate the project progress with the customer
- Manage Professional Services processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience
- 3-5 years of experience in software development / IT Project Management
- Prince2 or PMI Certified desirable (or ongoing certification procedure)
- Good knowledge of security and solution architecture design is desirable
- Some experience in software development is an asset
- Able to work in a fast-paced, highly-productive and rapidly changing environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are important, ability to set priorities and deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. You motivate the team to use their expertise to create the best end-result for the customer as well as for OneSpan.
- Fluency in English and fluency in Spanish is essential and/or Portuguese desirable.
- Willing to travel (up to 10% international travel)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
