We’re looking for a temporary Project Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team for 4 months in a part-time role. This position will support a team of designers and copywriters and this individual will be responsible for bolstering our project management capabilities within our team. This will include fielding and managing requests from a range of internal stakeholders, conducting our team sprint rituals and often managing several projects simultaneously. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a positive attitude, is a quick learner and enjoys working with a growing team.

- Lead project planning and all sprint-related work sessions
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and be able to manage those resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Load project planning and monitoring for all live conference participation
- Monitor projects for Brand & Marketing and adjust strategy accordingly. Some projects might include social media campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers and website updates
- Train stakeholders on project management process and related tools
- Align various stakeholders from cross-functional teams to executive leadership by sharing regular project updates and changes.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide quick and accurate course correction
General Experience Guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to scope and timeline
- Mastery of Jira and Asana
Set Yourself Apart
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in a startup and/or product company
- Experience working directly with designers and copywriters
