• We are actively looking for a talented Project Manager to join our marketing team as we move to the next phase of our brand update project. • This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager. You will be a key part of a project team involved in a major brand update across the company’s departments as well as supporting the marketing team’s internal needs for additional project management. Candidates must demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with team members, managers, and senior executives. The individual in this role must be able to proficiently apply skills and methodology to manage others, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate projects when appropriate.
• The current project includes managing and tracking all facets of the brand update including products, R&D, UI, documentation, developer tools, sales and marketing assets, demos and public facing content, contracts and HR needs, IT systems and other company departments.
• At times, projects will often be collaborate, involving different geographies and a professional manner and very high standards of communication are required. Projects may be individual efforts requiring the ability to function independently, or team efforts requiring close cooperation and negotiation skills with other team members.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Plan and deliver projects using traditional project management methodologies (PMI) and Agile Concepts (Agile Manifesto, Scrum Guide, Extreme Programming (XP) and DevOps).
• Demonstrate capacity to communicate complex information to multiple levels of program team participants from directors, managers to individual contributors.
• Facilitate sprint/work package planning, daily scrums/stand up meetings, sprint/work package retrospectives and other Agile program ceremonies.
• Work with clients, vendors, management, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure team alignment with commitments.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget to the plan.
• Be accountable for raising and ensuring resolution to project issues, dealing with resource constraints, and handling intra-team timing challenges and dependencies.
• Bring extensive experience and judgment to effectively plan and accomplish professional and team goals.
• Provide team status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans and issues across all assigned teams.
• Manage and communicate (internal and external) the implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedule, and product configuration.
• Formal presentation of project status. Establish and regularly review key team metrics including non-recurring costs, and performance trends.

 Qualifications:

• Possession of recognized professional project management certification(s) such as PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM (or working towards)
• Experience working in a global and culturally diverse company
• Experience with MS Project or other Project Management Software
• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
• You have 4-6 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Knowledge of security and solution architecture design is considered an asset
• Mobile and Web project management experience is an asset
• Familiarity with JIRA and other Agile/Project Lifecycle Management tools is an asset.
