Responsibilities:
- Participate directly on multiple, simultaneous consulting assignments, helping to plan and execute actual consulting engagements and interacting with clients as a key member of the consulting team.
- Own the full project life-cycle from initiation to deployment. Plan, execute, manage and deliver technical projects of all sizes and across organizations (including across Wipfli service lines and inclusive of partners and client organizations)
- Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets. Anticipate roadblocks and issues before they become critical, raise visibility and develop mitigation options.
- Participate in program design. Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Perform project administration tasks such as keeping documentation organized, preparing status reports and facilitating client Net Promoter Score surveys.
- Manage financials and track budget v. actuals through interaction with accounting systems and manipulation of spreadsheets.
- Manage and motivate the team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Management Information Systems
- PMP and/or ITIL v4 Foundations preferred
- 7 years’ professional experience in a technology-related field
- 3 years’ experience managing complex and strategic work portfolios with senior-level oversight
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Strong presence to represent Wipfli confidently and convincingly to client team members of all levels
