Summary

You are responsible for driving continuous improvement across the content production lifecycle; improving consistency, predictability and efficiency. You are passionate for process, rigor, and thrive working in a highly strategic and data-informed environment. You will provide project management support to in-house content/creative functions to safeguard Outcome Health’s evolving content strategy and customer experience. Success will be measured by your ability to adhere to the critical factors defined by Outcome Health’s content-strategy. 

You will align requirements, priority, and execution of content initiatives that improve key aspects of the content supply chain - processes, systems, and tools. You will plan and manage the implementation of content for Outcome Health’s viewership; ensuring relevant content to the patient present at their point of care. 

You will lean on the Project Management Office’s defined artifacts and processes to ensure high-quality output and velocity by content project stakeholders. This includes running RFIs/RFPs for production vendors, supporting resource capacity-planning, and facilitating make vs buy decision-making. You will own monitoring and reporting on progress against critical lifecycle milestones. You are able to raise interdependent issues/concerns that may impact deliverables to senior leadership; thinking critically before acting.

Requirements: 

  • 3+ Years of hands-on Project / Program Management experience; strong preference towards content/creative media initiatives
  • 1+ Years experience using task and resource management software (i.e. Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, MS tools)
  • PMP Certification required
  • Critical thinker; stays ahead of the content project team by identifying risks before they become problems
  • Effective communicator when meeting, messaging, and presenting
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player, with strong time management & prioritization skills, 
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload, competing priorities & tight deadlines in a heavily matrixed org 
  • Experience in digital signage concepts and tools is a plus (i.e. content management system, digital asset manager, etc)
  • Experience working with creative studios or agencies is a plus
  • Experience with Agile execution is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, communicates, and adheres to a project plan that drives progress against critical content life cycle milestones; includes ensuring the business meets content ‘freshness’ and repeat-ability factors 
  • Aligns with PMO process guidelines 
  • Keeps content project activity effectively organized in a way that is easily understood by the team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Establishes and executes an effective communication plan
  • Monitors day-to-day activity of content project teams and runs status meetings with key stakeholders
  • Plans for and executes change management that keep creative functional output and end-user expectations aligned
  • Anticipates and makes recommendations to solve problems; informed by data whenever possible 
  • Works with manager to identify new needs and ways to improve content production processes
