Who We’re Looking For
For the Project Manager, Data Management position, we’re looking for someone who can manage data management projects, continually improve data loading processes, and resolve data quality issues. We’re looking for a cross-functional leader who loves to collaborate and problem solve. This is a key cross-functional role that ensures customer data availability on the Kalderos platform. - Acting as the Project Manager and ‘go-to’ for ensuring timely and accurate data available on our platform
- Communicate between data management and customer success teams, translating customer needs into project priorities
- Advocate for and continually enhance the data management processes and standards both client-side and internally, including representing the technical and operations needs of downstream uses of the data, driving improvement opportunities
- Initiate, plan, and support execution of critical data retrieval, data ingestion, and data delivery processes, including managing team member assignments and allocations
- Monitor, communicate, and manage the progress of key milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Actively work to clear blockers for the team and troubleshoot data issues that arise
- Take point in the new request intake process, helping to gather adequate requirements, establish priority, develop a project plan(s), and eventually begin work
- Participate in the selection of appropriate tools, techniques, and methodologies to effectively build and scale our capabilities
- Promote a healthy team culture, providing support where needed to any and all team members
- Execute data ingest, conversion, and QA processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Serve as a member of cross-functional team(s) on specific initiatives and projects

- Experience with SQL, and proficiency with complex queries
- Extremely organized and diligent in every aspect of their job
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and relate to people in an authentic way
- Maintains poise when under pressure or faced with critical decision-making or conflict
- A constant drive to exceed expectations
- Experience with Python
