Provi is looking for a Market Growth Project Manager to be a key driver in the company’s geographic expansion across the country. This role is an individual contributor, galvanizing the work of our Retail, Distributor, Supplier, and Marketing resources to launch and grow markets. This role reports directly into Provi’s SVP of Sales. The Market Growth Director will be accountable for creating and executing strategies that grow our retailer count in both new and existing markets. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented project leader, with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. This person should be a self-starter who can work independently while engaging in cross-functional collaboration to sustain and accelerate market growth. Extensive strategy and project management experience is required, ideally with some experience in beverage alcohol and/or eCommerce. This individual will be responsible for executing our strategy and will have the opportunity to grow as the team and business grow.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for working with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute market specific strategies to launch new markets effectively, and accelerate growth in existing markets
Monitor growth in each Provi market, setting and achieving growth KPIs quarterly
Work with external Supplier and Distributor partners to participate in market launches and growth initiatives in existing markets
Leverage marketing, outside sales, distributor and supplier relationships to continue Provi’s growth nationwide
Share feedback with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to create the most productive ecosystem for growth.
What we are looking for
An individual who has successfully scaled growth using cross functional resources with an extreme sense of ownership and execution
3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or executing Sales/Marketing Strategy or with a focus on company growth
Experience in eCommerce or beverage alcohol preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functions
Analytical skills to identify opportunities and tell a story internally and externally
Passion for digital and the buyer’s online shopping experience
Action-oriented self-starter with an “ownership” mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excels at creating and delivering project plans, presentations, reporting, execution of strategy, and project management
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required, preferably in a business discipline
Loves the Provi business model and is a true champion of our culture
