Web and Interactive Project Manager

The role of the Web and Interactive Project Manager in the Marketing Creative Department works with Epsilon and Conversant teams to ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned and delivered on time. The PM has a thorough understanding of the website/application design and development process. Under the direction of a Senior Project Manager, you will concurrently manage multiple projects of varying size and be involved in all phases of the website development process including discovery and requirements gathering, UX, design, copywriting, development, QA, and launch to ensure projects are on-track and have the proper resources assigned. Responsibilities 

• Support the planning and implementation of web and digital marketing properties
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand the project objectives, timeline, budget and schedule

• Assist team with scope definition, ensuring expected timelines and milestones are clearly indicated in digital project plans, leading communication, and escalating issues to stakeholders

• Maintain clear and informative project documentation to outline priorities, requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Using project management tool, build plans, assign tasks, adjust timelines as needed to ensure successful project completion
• Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-level for high priority projects
• Manage to and enforce internal Marketing Creative work processes and SLAs
• Identify and escalate pain points and areas for improvement in a timely and positive manner
• Contribute to and, in some cases, lead the development of new web process solutions including documentation, training and rollout

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required
• 3-5 years of website project management experience with interactive design studio, creative department, or agency
• Experience with workflow/project management tools – JIRA, Confluence, Workfront, ProofHQ or similar a plus
• Experience with Hubspot a plus
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel; Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus; Proficiency with both Mac & PC platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
• Proven teamwork skills and flexibility and a healthy disrespect for the impossible
• Skill in process creation, evaluation, adjustment
• Able to see other people's point of view and receive criticism
• Eagerness to be mentored
• PMP or CSM certificate a plus
