We are hiring a highly motivated Senior Project Manager eager to drive high quality software implementations and provide value to our healthcare system clients. Through Upfront, patients are engaging and booking necessary care (like COVID Vaccines!) at rates 5 – 10x beyond industry benchmarks and platform utilization is growing rapidly as new products are in the pipeline.   • You’re an active listener, adept at asking the right discovery questions to uncover critical needs and address them.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop concrete, detailed project plans, including timeline, goals, and responsibilities.
  • Closely monitor each project to ensure an on-time delivery and client satisfaction. 
  • Problem solve and escalate roadblocks to Sr. Director as needed.
  • Post-project completion, document and analyze results, identifying areas of opportunity, trends, and successful strategies. Present analysis to Leadership with data to support conclusions and recommendations.
  • Offer visibility to Sales on any upsell opportunities within client accounts.
  • Provide feedback to Product team of any enhancement requests,
  • Support efforts such as case study development or materials preparation
  • Other duties as assigned and, while subject to change, can include:
    • Assisting with the triage of support issues.
    • Configuring product to meet client needs.
    • Working with integration team in performing project integration testing.
    • Managing review and configuration of post-implementation requests.

Role Related PHI Access

  • This role requires access to all client accounts for purposes of client implementations as well as client environment QA/UAT processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of software implementation experience; healthcare technology preferred
  • Strong initiative and sense of ownership; problem solver 
  • Outcomes-focused with strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • High detail orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills
