Project Manager
Bringg's Project Manager is an expert in managing the deployment of Bringg’s products and solutions to meet customers’ complex and unique needs. The Bringg services team is responsible for delivering short to medium term projects that includes scope, design, implementation, and launching the Bringg’s solution as well as delivering ongoing expert services aimed at ensuring the customer . You will be working on both new customers projects and expansions for Bringg's existing customers.
You will be collaborating with senior Customer stakeholders and various internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Management, Sales, Pre-sales and R&D, while managing the Professional Services project delivery teams composed of Solution Architects and Engineers.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure project goals are delivered on time and on budget according to the right priorities
- Act as an escalation point for client issues as well as internal needs
- Prepare project plans and Statements of Work , maintain project scope definition and effectively manage the change control process
- Oversee consulting teams on the project and manage expectations both internally and client side
- Facilitate requirements discovery meetings (conference calls, on-site workshops, etc.)
- Monitor progress against the plan
- Maintain regular contact with the customer with progress meetings and the production of minutes of those meetings.
- Where necessary facilitate internal and external Steering Committees
- Ensure the efficient implementation of each deployment step, including keeping team members informed of the client needs, deadline management, and functionality changes
- Track budget and manage project costs
- Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes
- Be able to comprehend, document and manage both business and technical issues
- Review team deliverables and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage risks
- It is expected you will need to travel to client site as and when required (10-20% of the time)
- Work closely with Customer success, Pre sales, Sales, Product, R&D Support and other internal stakeholders
What you'll need to bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in implementing Software delivery projects, scoping, understanding the needs and implementing in International large enterprises
- An expert in project management methodologies
- Proven track-record of directly managing multiple concurrent implementation projects
- Extensive experience in delivering customer facing SaaS projects involving product implementation, APIs, workflows and integrations
- Business understanding of the customer business & market needs
- Excellent personal communications and soft skills
- Ability to work in a constantly updated environment that needs to adapt fast changes and implement them quickly, collaboratively
- Self-learner and thinking out of the box
- Ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels
