About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for administering, organizing, and maintaining critical Product R&D project activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information with project leads
• Liaise with project leads and project sponsors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Make sure that milestones are being hit and the team is held accountable for tasks
• Help prepare project deliverables including charters, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate and track project progress including schedule, resources, communication, budgets, and risks
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and weekly reports
• Help support overall team and function operations. Assist in sprint planning, kickoffs, and daily scrums.
• Facilitate and ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience
• One year of experience in project management
• Project management
• Organized
• Detailed oriented
• Time management
• Verbal communication

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• B2B/industry experience
• Scrum/Agile experience
