About the role:

A project manager at The Mx Group is much more than an intermediary. You’ll be the glue that keeps our amazing teams and creative projects moving in tandem. You’re the captain of every project, and your main responsibility will be to successfully navigate the process from start to finish.

We’re calling for passionate planners and organized problem solvers. You’ll need to think outside of the box, but can’t forget to dot your i’s and cross your t’s. You can handle the day-to-day tasks and simultaneously keep an eye on what lies ahead. We’ll call upon you to manage workflow, allocate resources, define the scope and risk of assigned projects, closely monitor project budgets and, most importantly, be an impactful team player.

What we’re looking for:

• You have 2-8 years of relevant experience
• You understand general PMO topics and disciplines
• You know how to develop a project plan
• You’re experienced in creating repeatable and menu card estimations
• You have a strong understanding of how to identify and escalate project risk
• You’re eager to lead meetings
• You can maintain a balanced workload that’s always prioritized
• You communicate effectively and know how to negotiate
• You’re able to drive processes
• You’re comfortable and adaptable to various technologies
• Experience at an advertising, marketing, digital or integrated agency is a plus
