Publisher Solutions Digital Media Associate (Remote Optional)

All of our employees have the flexibility to work in one of our office locations, completely remote, or a hybrid of the two. Please note, we are hiring on a remote working basis only in the U.S. and Canada.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Centro’s Publisher team partners with over 90 publishers and collectively trains thousands of partner salespeople. The Publisher team works hand in hand with local media agencies and newspapers. We offer various options with our proprietary DSP and our publisher partners to better educate and develop their digital knowledge and needs.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Reporting into the Director, Publisher Solutions in the region, you will be responsible for executing and managing live campaigns. You will work with the Sales, Account Management, and Campaign Management teams to ensure the campaign is delivering and meeting the goals and objectives the client set forth. You will contribute by:
- Being responsible for monitoring the performance of digital advertising campaigns against delivery and revenue fulfillment using multiple systems
- Creating wrap up reports at the completion of campaigns
- Fostering relationships with both publisher partners and external vendors
- Acting as the liaison between Account Management and Sales
- Facilitating order processing and approval of Insertion Orders
- Responsible for timely launch of campaigns
- Facilitating order revisions and approvals of revised Insertion Orders from clients and with external publishers
- Proactively recommending optimizations to Clients based on campaign performance
- Assisting Finance in billing executions and discrepancies
- Preparing end of month reporting for clients
- Supporting Sales and Account Management in responding to client requests and special projects as necessary
- Understanding what it means to cultivate “Raving Fan” service through quality of work & service
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 1 year of related professional experience
- Heavy attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
- Proven communication & organizational skills

- Bachelor's Degree or higher

- Previous internship/professional experience being hands on with media planning or digital advertising
