We now have more data than ever before but providers don't have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We’re on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement strategies to support revenue optimization including denial management, prior authorizations, laboratory coding, and patient/client payment
- Oversees reporting and analytics of reimbursement and operational metrics
- Analyzes reimbursement trends using insurance claim data
- Acts as a business advisor to leadership and key stakeholders across multiple departments
- Track and report on reimbursement KPIs on monthly basis
- Creating financial models to quantify the impact of laboratory regulatory/policy changes
- Develop and maintain reimbursement operations data
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or related field
- Ability to deliver both high-level explanations of complex problems while also able to deep dive into complex problems
- Results oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly-growing company
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
- Experience with dashboard applications (i.e. Tableau) is preferred
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
