What you’ll be doing:
As the Sales Enablement Program Manager you will own the vision and strategy of the FourKites new hire onboarding and ongoing skills development programs. You will create and execute strategic and comprehensive content for all levels of our sales organization within a comprehensive development plan. You will proactively engage cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, product, and talent/development, to create a consistent sales enablement plan and training calendar. You will develop, launch and measure sales curriculum in alignment with strategic priorities, product launches and sales initiatives.
Areas of focus to include:
- Improve time to competency while reducing time to revenue through the execution of sales enablement program, specifically within new hire on-boarding.
- Validate, report and iterate on success of training/development programs
- Build, manage and deploy training and development programs and curriculum for various roles and functions within the organization
- Deploy content, assessments and certification programs to ensure skills, knowledge and sales readiness of sales organization
- Support development strategy for rollout of sales trainings/communications within standardized meeting structure (All Hands, Kickoff Meetings, etc)

Who you are:
Our Sales Enablement Program Manager wants to be part of something memorable and play an integral role in the success of our growing sales organization! You are energetic, creative and resourceful. The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be instrumental in understanding our existing and upcoming solutions, and work to identify and prioritize enablement and training gaps within our sales organization. You will create engaging content that will be managed through our LMS to accelerate ramp times, as well as improve depth of knowledge for our product with the goal to improve overall impact.
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sales Training/Enablement with a proven track record
- Does everything possible to achieve results, consistently meets or exceeds expectations, builds commitment in others for individual and team objectives
- Results oriented individual, self-starter and possesses the able to work independently
- Uses technology with efficiency and confidence
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities, and shows a great attention to detail
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building, teamwork/collaboration with managers and subject matter experts
- Ability to travel as needed/requested
