What You'll Bring
Minimum of 5 years working experience as a project manager supporting UX/UI
A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices of a great customer experience related to major capital project solutions
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior-level managers.
Experience with visual analysis tools

Impact You'll Make
Plan, organize and lead projects and deliver them to time, budget and quality tolerances within the TU’s Agile project management framework
Engage the relevant resources, ensure accurate reporting, and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
Provide support, guidance and direction to the journey lead and process owners. Works closely with management and senior management teams and represents the program of work in project reviews with TU Leadership.
Leads, collaborates with and motivates a cross-functional team of user experience partners, designers, business analysts, process owners, and others ensure alignment with program and/or product roadmaps and vision
Coordinates across process owners to obtain data necessary to maintain the pace of delivery to achieve outcomes within the required timeframe and coordinate stakeholder engagement and inputs.
Aligns measurement and execution across process owners to ensure consistent methodologies are being leveraged.
Participates in contract negotiation, SOW development and vendor management activities in conjunction with the platform owner as needed.
Owns responsibilities for one process, while developing business templates rules and guidelines for Process Owners development of Process maps, Requirements, Scorecards and Dashboards
Deliver to time, budget and agreed quality and scope within a structured framework for execution
