What You'll Bring
3-5 Years of experience managing IT teams (software development, infrastructure, PMO) at the Senior Manager or Director level with a demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate other associates.
12-15 Years of Program and Project Planning including cloud transformation projects and programs
8-10 Years of experience managing status and progress reporting & Key Performance Metrics
5-7 Years of experience with Legal & Compliance analysis as it relates to IT projects
5-7 Years of Financial analysis and IT service negotiations
Bachelor’s degree - MIS, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Natural Science (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) required
What We’d Love to See:
3-5 years of experience with International project experience especially in India, Hong Kong, South Africa, UK, Latin America and Canada is a plus
Background in software development, infrastructure, software testing and/or software architecture - 5-7 years strongly preferred
Masters degree - MBA, MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering preferred

• Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions.
• Participates with other senior management to establish strategic goals, plans, and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or procedural matters to ensures operations achieve objectives.
• Contacts are typically with peers and senior management concerning projects, operational decisions and functional/divisional issues.
• Interactions require convincing others inside and outside the organization to adopt new concepts and practices. Involves negotiation and influencing on critical matters affecting their area within the organization.
• Develops guidelines, processes, and procedures for assigned functional area(s) through subordinate directors. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel. Makes strategic decisions based on company goals and objectives.
