As an Onboarding and Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated learning and enablement program that aligns with Customer Success’ strategy and priorities. You will need to develop customized programs and materials that will enable each Customer Success team to have successful onboarding and post-onboarding experiences within their roles, positioning them for success. You will need to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success for the department. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate customized new hire & ongoing trainings for the various teams within Customer Success with clear learning objectives.
  • Create a content repository and evolve materials as teams grow and mature.
  • Evaluate current onboarding processes and identify opportunities to align with each teams’ measures of success within required timelines.
  • Engage with leadership and Customer Success teams to understand challenges and opportunities and design responsive, enablement materials.
  • Monitor metrics and performance indicators to ensure the onboarding and enablement program is setting teams and individuals up for success.
  • Create strategies to ensure the department is keeping current with industry trends, focused on customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Manage any ad hoc requests that align with the role that are deemed necessary either by the department or company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of similar experience working for a software company
  • BA/BS degree
  • Highly collaborative
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Must be able to transform ideas into solutions
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering trainings both in person and virtually
  • In-depth information of the systems used by Relativity
  • Skilled in problem solving and analysis
  • Experience working with a variety of customer success roles
