Fit Analytics — the world’s leading sizing solution for apparel & footwear and one of the fastest growing tech companies in Berlin — is seeking a highly motivated, driven Senior Project Management Specialist based in Chicago. What the Role as Senior Project Management Specialist Involves

• Ensuring the smooth on-boarding and integration of new clients by seamlessly coordinating projects within our internal development teams
• Gaining a deep technical understanding of our product suite and applying it on daily client communication
• Functioning as the go-to person for clients' technical issues and working closely with internal technical teams to resolve them
• Assessing client needs and identifying short and long-term growth opportunities
• Liaising with the product teams about client needs
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
• Communicating in an open and precise manner to ensure that realistic goals are set and met

What We're Looking for in You

• Proven track record (4+ years) in technical project management in B2B products
• Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Familiarity with SDK and API integrations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience working with complex enterprise clients, ideally in eCommerce
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Innovative, self-motivated, with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills, knowledge of other languages such as Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage
