Senior Project Manager - Consumer Insights Operations
Job Description
As part of NielsenIQs North America Consumer Insights Operations team, the Senior End to End Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of field activities for quantitative, qualitative, and shopper research projects, to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule. This role works with internal clients to assess the feasibility of operational design and timeline for projects. As the primary contact and resource for research teams, this role manages the end-to-end schedule and data collection process, including vendor management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
3 years of related work experience - market research experience is an asset
2+ years complex customer service, marketing or project management experience
Understanding of basic budget management techniques
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/G-suite
Experience with Decipher and/or other field platforms and analytical software such as SPSS & WinCross is an asset
Excellent organization, problem solving, and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking)
Strong internal / external client management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - bilingualism (English/French) an asset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
