Major Responsibilities: Support the Product and Technology Department by delivering complex and innovative products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning and iterating frequently. Participate in and lead Scrum ceremonies, project planning and status meetings, identify risks and mitigations and provide internal status updates according to plan, managing follow up and communications with the necessary stakeholders, with focus on collaborative relationships. Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and enable them to remove impediments. Develop and manage training strategy and plans to improve team’s ability to deliver leveraging computer skills such as SQL, Visio, Excel VBA and Tableau. Assign clients and conducts check-ins to ensure client expectations are being met. Generate business and functional requirements documentation (use cases, report mock-ups, etc.), with minimal direction, through facilitated work sessions with stakeholders. Administer policies governing the set-up of accounts, the management of client data, the configuration of features, and the training process leveraging thorough understanding of software development from conception to delivery and/or IT life cycle.  Develop business process models (e.g. current state vs. future state) and perform business process analysis and redesign using Microsoft Visio and/or PowerPoint. Maintain system or implementation process documentation. Develop and enhance end user documentation for applications, including report mock-ups, clickable demos, reference manuals, training materials, communication presentations, and support manuals. Identify issues during the sprint and help team in resolution of complex issues which impede progress. Suggest feature or functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on client feedback. Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process, prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team. Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage such as alpha, beta or production. Escalate concerns or issues to the account management team. Provide pre-sales or proof-of-concept assistance to the sales team or prospective clients during the sales cycle. Implement large, complex, or high-risk accounts using management tool and salesforce. Foster a positive team environment. Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data. Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.  

 

Job Requirements: Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematical Sciences or a related field and 2 years of professional experience in Software Product Management, Project Management or related field. Additionally, the applicant must have 2 years of professional experience in: 1.) software development from conception to delivery, IT life cycle; 2.) Six Sigma and AGILE methodology and related Agile Management Tool experience such as Jira; 3.) SQL database management; 4.) Tableau and Salesforce experience; and 5.) Excel VBA experience.
