Epsilon's Strategy & Insights consulting group is currently recruiting talented individuals to join the Change Management team. Epsilon is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant, Strategy Consulting / Change Management to work with Fortune 500 clients. Key responsibilities include continuous process improvement (CI) assessment, design and activation in the context of implementations of real-time marketing technologies.
Epsilon Strategy's Change Management Practice delivers organizational design, governance and CI/process optimization services by combining traditional management consulting methodologies with digital marketing and technology experience. The mission is to help Fortune 500 CMOs, CDOs and CTOs transform their marketing organizations to adopt, grow and capitalize on the latest, disruptive marketing technologies and tools.[RC1]
The Change Management Practice is part of the broader Strategy & Insights consulting group, whose mission is to maximize marketing ROI for our clients through data-driven marketing strategies and world-class business consulting, that drives inspirational experiences for the brands we serve, in the following areas: Customer and market insights, strategic planning and transformation, and experience design.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Consultant, able to support change management teams specifically with process continuous improvement solutions. Works on complex process issues for enterprise level clients as part of a consulting team responsible for improving client digital marketing processes with the goal of full adoption and realization of new ways of work and related digital technologies.
Senior Consultant will support efforts for client engagements with the following expectations:

  • Contribute as part of a team of strategy consultants and work day-to-day on client service engagements
  • Consult and drive clients through the assessment of current process "waste", design of improved processes and the activation of continuous improvement (CI), applying and leveraging multi-channel marketing industry expertise and best practices
  • Apply analytical skills and structured thinking to not only solve process inefficiencies but also optimize client process for digital technology adoption
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams where continuous improvement (CI) is part of multi-disciplinary solutions for our clients
  • Leverage process improvement frameworks and LEAN methodologies (e.g. SIPOC, AAR, etc.) learned "on the job" or through Epsilon provided training
  • Process-oriented thinker with a background in using frameworks and methodical steps to identify process improvement
  • Structured thinking and the ability to assist in the facilitation of process working sessions among clients and peers across all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of digital market trends and key consulting frameworks
  • Knowledge of change management in the digital marketing environment and typical "people & process" challenges our clients face as they activate new ways of working and related digital technologies.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing operations and related tools & technologies.
  • Strong communicator to both internal and external constituents.
  • Business writing acumen, can convey complex ideas clearly and concisely for professional audiences.


In addition, the ideal candidate would also have many of the qualities below:

  • Proactive self-starter with high level of initiative to ensure follow-through while delivering high quality to Epsilon clients
  • Collaborator, and team-oriented
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong oral and written communicator; create high quality documents and deliverables using Microsoft Office and other applications as needed
  • Familiar with best of breed marketing tools including social media monitoring, business intelligence, campaign management, digital analytics, content management, and offer management


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or master's degree equivalent is preferred
  • Certification in project management, agile or lean methodologies preferred
  • Management consulting expertise preferred
  • Advanced-level tool knowledge including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word


ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
• Experience with a traditional management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
