What Your Day Could Consist of:

• Working closely with the infrastructure team to build a strategic roadmap that is consistent with the ActiveCampaign vision
• Collaborating with multiple cross-functional product teams on team wide initiatives
• Facilitating sprint planning meeting and team communication
• Coordinating a large cross-team infrastructure project

What You Need:

• 5+ years experience as a project manager
• Experience with agile software development methodologies with weekly release cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand technical problems and clearly articulate the details and challenges to stakeholders across the business and tech teams
• Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple project teams to help ensure delivery of cross team projects
• Proven track record of execution and delivery of successful projects
• Ability to breakdown large projects into iterative releases
• Ability to distill high level requirements into actionable cards
• Ability to prioritize work and clearly articulate the trade offs
• Ability to manage a variety of projects with different levels of severity
• Knowledge of GDPR and SOC 2 a plus
• Experience with JIRA a plus
