SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - BENTONVILLE, AR, OR REMOTE.

ABOUT THIS JOB
The Nielsen account team servicing Walmart is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to aid in the delivery with a custom data solution. This is your opportunity to work with world-class data assets and deliver value on a massive scale serving the world’s largest retailer.

The Service Delivery Manager will contribute to the successful delivery by solving the technical challenges associated with regular processes that produce the solution. A strong candidate will proactively approach data and processes with analytic curiosity. This candidate will be a thought leader/developer for process efficiencies and capability enhancements that add value to the product.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage existing technology delivery processes and dataflows
• Interface with team managers to understand the scope of their current problems in order to plan and execute a technical solution 
• Design and implement new Data Flows necessary to aggregate multiple sets of information 
• Troubleshoot and correct issues with build process
• Enhance and automate processes for a more efficient build

 
REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong understanding of SQL: nested queries, joins, temp tables, stored procs, and grouping data on the fly (T-SQL experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of programming constructs such as data structures, loops, events, classes, functions, and modular programming (Python experience a plus)
• Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills 
• Skilled & polished communicator
• Others Excel, Pivot tables.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS 
3 to 5 years of Development experience
SQL Development
Cloud Architecture Basics
Backlog Management
Hands on knowledge with Scripting and Programming Languages
