We are seeking a self-motivated, intelligent, puzzle-loving problem solver who wants to help nonprofits use technology more efficiently. Above all else, you must be passionate about delivering best-in-class customer service. As a consultant, you will own the client onboarding and training process from beginning to end, helping new clients make a smooth transition from their previous fundraising and/or donor management systems to NeonCRM. You will also get to work with current clients to ensure they are implementing best practices and using NeonCRM to its fullest potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the onboarding project leader, taking responsibility for the overall success of new client implementations of NeonCRM products and integrations
- Review and analyze client data, conduct data consultations with clients, and prepare data import rules for our software engineers
- Lead live web-based product training webinars
- Contribute to the continued development of our training curriculum
- Develop extensive working knowledge of our products
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years in a training or teaching role, with ability to convey technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as VLOOKUP
- Experience working in a SaaS environment or with a similar CRM platform
- Proficient with CiviCRM, Raiser's Edge or Salesforce highly preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- BS or BA required
