Palette Software was founded in Sweden in 1993. We help companies and organizations transform how they manage invoices using best practice built on 25 years of experience in the industry. By automating the accounts payable process, we enable finance teams to do more, faster, with less. Because we’re AP professionals ourselves, we understand how to give customers everything they need, and just that, to do their best work.  

Together with our new owners, Altor, we are expanding in our home markets, Sweden (HQ), Denmark, Finland, Norway and the US to include all our offerings. We are also entering new territories and will be doubling our workforce the years to come.

We are now looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our brand new Centsoft North American team. You will play a key role in making Centsoft as successful in North America as it already is in Scandinavia. Since we are expanding into new territories, we need more team players that are as excited as we are to make this journey possible.  

One of the corner stones in our company is our ability to provide an outstanding customer experience. Your number one priority, and responsibility, will be to secure a world class first experience of our software, which is key to realize our vision.  

You will be one of an initial nine people strong team, that together will span over marketing, sales, delivery and support of our Centsoft service for the North American market. Of course, you will always have devoted support from our experienced headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.  

What you will do:   

• Implementing and onboarding Centsoft as a software service for new business customers  
• Managing, planning and coordinating activities for customer onboarding  
• Performing setup of customer Centsoft production environments  
• Leading customer user training sessions 
• Responsible for all customer communications during their onboarding phase  
• Reporting results and status on onboarding projects according to Palette Software’s current ways of working and procedures  
• Documenting finished onboarding projects according to existing routines and processes   

What we look for:  

• Ideally 2-3 years into your career, and ready for a new challenge   
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business or technology  
• Likely a consultant or services professional in a business-to-business environment today  
• You have in some function acted as instructor, teacher or formal leader  
• Service minded and communicative  
• Enterprising and solution oriented  
• Trustworthy and structured
