As part of our Solutions Delivery team, the Solutions Consultant plays a key role in assisting clients with the setup process for our Treasury management solution. The Consultant is instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation process, work with others to ensure the project goals are met, and help clients implement treasury best practices solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ process to understand full requirements
- Participate in design of solution of system with Solution Manager and understand the design
- In charge of building out the solution as laid out in Solution Design document
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and maintains a high level of quality
- Efficiently and competently manage roadblocks and resolve with appropriate channels in timely manner
- Present work to client at milestones throughout implementation
- Train client on use of delivered work and provide training documentation
- Support & trouble-shoot delivered work throughout implementation
- Ensure client expectations are met/ exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
- Act as Solution Manager on areas of expertise
- Assume responsibility of light project management for small-medium size projects
- Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues
- Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in high-touch service or technical environments
- Sound technical experience and applicable knowledge
- Good understanding of financial theory, treasury, banking or accounting
- Good team player with ability to act on own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments
- Highly organized and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills & service oriented attitude
- Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing and able to travel both in the US and overseas
Qualifications:
- Essential: Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Preferred: Post Graduate/Business Qualification e.g. MBA
- Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus
