What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in OD or related field
Three years of leadership development experience or related field
Three years of executive coaching experience
Experience designing and implementing learning and development programs and solutions for individuals, teams and organizations
Proficiency in adult learning styles, learning design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, quality improvement processes, advanced consulting methods, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, group facilitation, organization communications processes, presentation skills and project management.
Ability to think creatively, conceptually, synthesize information, and implement solutions exercising flexibility and sound judgment
We’d Love to See:
Master’s degree in OD or related field.
5+ years of experience in leadership development or related field.
5+ year of executive coaching experience.
Experience designing and implementing succession planning, high potential development, organization design, strategic workforce planning, and change management processes.
Experience in org design, including conducting organization assessments and designing new structures and jobs.
Impact You'll Make
This role will support Director & VP leaders (talent pool of under 500 leaders) by designing leadership development experience, providing and managing executive coaching, and overall talent development consulting.
This position will report to the Sr. Director, Leadership Development. The Ideal candidate will balance deep technical expertise in learning and change with the needs of our clients’ to create meaningful learning experiences that build leadership capability. Will use design thinking concepts and consultative skills to manage and support executive onboarding, succession planning, talent reviews, learning and development initiatives, change management, and organization design and effectiveness.
Will interact with and support senior and executive leaders from across the enterprise, and will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with all areas of the company, including HR business partners. The role provides thought leadership as well as hands on application of talent and leadership development initiatives.
Assesses root causes and performance gaps to create content and design experiences with the business context in mind.
Drives and manages full program design and roll-out, including stakeholder management, project planning, content development, facilitation, and ongoing tracking and monitoring.
Ensures that learning scaffolds are in place, and leaders have access to appropriate resources to sustain the learning.
As an internal coach, will provide and deploy coaching based on situational need (i.e, 1:1 coaching, peer coaching, group coaching).
Will support the design, implementation, and sustainment of TU’s succession and talent preview process.
Manages and supports development planning by facilitating talent discussions, partnering with HRBPs to design strategies to address talent gaps, and providing additional customized supports to improve overall succession health.
Will manage the executive coaching process and support ongoing initiatives to build internal coaching capability.
Develops collaborative partnerships with leadership, HR, and other internal clients to keep current on business strategy, environmental threats and opportunities, talent needs, and culture.
