• Manage eCommerce and SaaS product implementations for our clients
• Gathers technical requirements for technology projects and builds project plans accordingly
• Be able to communicate a deep knowledge of InnerWorkings technology offerings
• Produce and keep detailed timelines up to date
• Manage project risks and budgets to report to client and InnerWorkings stakeholders
• Run and contribute to internal and client facing calls and meetings
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of activities to project stakeholders
• Document requirements and produce process enhancements to roll out to the organization
• Provide technical and product knowledge to problem solve project issues as they occur and coordinate solutions with appropriate resources
• Maintain a high-level of knowledge of InnerWorkings technologies
• Ensure client satisfaction within the scope of the project
• Assist with the resolution of site issues
• Work proactively in both independent and team situations
• Collaborate and assist with other tasks assigned by the technology team.
• Gather information, write, and develop project scopes for technology initiatives outside of InnerWorkings product suite
• Provide leadership to project teams and within the PMO
• Mentor and train junior level project managers and coordinators

requirements

• 6-10 years of professional project management experience
• PMP certification a plus
• Technical project management experience in eCommerce, technology, or digital agency
• Experience managing multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite and project management tools (timeline, task, and time tracking software)
• Team and resource management experience
• Experience of print industry a plus
• Content Management System (CMS) experience high desirable
• Organized and works with minimal supervision
• Thorough attention to detail required
• Ability to understand complex written or verbal instructions/requirements
• Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
• Must demonstrate an elevated level of responsiveness in communicating with other members of the IT team and other internal constituents using all forms of communication (e.g. phone, in-person and email)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
