Strategy and Reporting Analyst
You will report to: Department Manager, Shared Services
Enova is currently searching for a Call Center Operations Analyst to be responsible for a wide range of support for Enova’s Operations Group. Under the guidance of the Shared Services Manager, this individual will act as an internal consultant on a variety of projects and tasks. Primary focuses will be but are not limited to: establishing and maintaining reporting, improving ops efficiency, documenting existing programs or functional processes and improving them.
This is where YOU come in:
Provide weekly/monthly reporting to management as well as ad hoc reporting as needed
Conduct performance management analysis
Create and maintain cost and budget reports
Provide turnover data to appropriate parties
Partner with cross functional teams to ensure accurate data entry
Report on efficiency metrics, evaluate, document and recommend next steps to Global Strategy & Operations team
Maintain databases and reports for real time analysis
Perform audits as requested
Proactively investigate and identify opportunities throughout Operations to save on cost, headcount, etc.
Work independently or with available resources to automate manual aspects within operations
Assist in evaluating platform functionality as needed

You’re right for this job if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
2-8 years of relatable industry experience
Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams and in operations intensive environments.
A successful track record of creating, executing and improving operational tasks
Proven time management skills
Advanced Excel modeling experience
Prefer proficiency with SQL
Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
Ability to work independently
