TransUnion’s talent acquisition team is seeking a full cycle technical recruiter to work with our information security leaders to hire top talent to join TU. You will be driving sourcing strategy and recruiting efforts for our Information Security, and IT teams. While demonstrating ability to build trust across the business when attracting and hiring top talent for TU. If you have a strong technical recruiting background, with experience partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders than this is a great role for you.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, focused in technology/ information security, data analytics or financial services companies a plus
3+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience
An established history of collaborating with senior business leaders from top-tier companies
Strong communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the organization
Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling and recruiting senior technical talent
An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations
Background in program management or process improvement preferred
Experienced recruiting in information security a plus
BA/BS Degree
Impact You'll Make
Provide full life cycle, recruiting for our information security teams and technology teams at TU
Take a consultative role with hiring managers
Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Act as advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through for a high touch experience
Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics
