What You'll Bring
Experience managing a wide array of projects varying in size, complexity, and impact
Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, technologies, and data
Outstanding analytical capabilities and the ability to convert data into a compelling story
Ability to hold project team members accountable for deliverables and tasks
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders at different levels across the organization

Experience implementing new Talent Acquisition technologies
Experience with vendor management and building relationships with professional organizations
Understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts
Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies like Workday Recruiting, Phenom People, Linked-in, Dice.com, etc.
Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions from a Talent Acquisition perspective
Impact You'll Make
You’ll own Talent Acquisition Strategic Projects that will enable our Recruiters to be more effective in their roles and support business objectives
You’ll own relationships with Talent Acquisition vendors and ensure we are maximizing our return on investments
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our Talent Acquisition Recruiters are utilizing our methodologies, processes and tools in the most optimal way and support Talent Acquisition Leadership in upskilling our Recruiters
You’ll provide data insights support to Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Leadership which will include: Creating dashboards and scorecards, extracting insights and making recommendations based on data, and responding to ad-hoc requests
You’ll be Talent Acquisitions point of contact and work closely with our People Operations and HRIS teams to: Implement new technologies and enhance existing technologies
You’ll proactively identify process improvements in our Talent Acquisition process

We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates’ knowledge skills and abilities. Our target salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered. The salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$100,000.00
