Job Description Summary

This is a new position that will be responsible for managing existing Technical Implementation Coordinators (TIC) and Technical Implementation Specialists (TIS). Additionally, the position will be responsible for maintaining/improving quality standards, communications with internal and external clients, establishing team goals, resource/workforce management, requirements discussions, rules authoring, liaison to product teams, partnering with IDS, etc.

Job Duties

  • Manage direct reports TIS/TIC
  • Assign team resources for new project requests
  • Establish annual team goal(s)
  • Establish 1 on 1 coaching sessions
  • Maintain and improve project delivery quality
  • Lead new hire onboarding activities
  • Maintain team email inbox and communicate to all requestors
  • Perform TIC/TIS tasks at 30% capacity
  • Motivates team members and drives team engagement

TIC/TIS Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review the client workflow requirements
  • Participate in workflow requirements meetings
  • Author and test Oracle rules engines for numerous CCC applications
  • Proficiently communicate internally and externally with CCC clients
  • Access SQL database using existing scripts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • 7+ years of total professional experience in software development, support or other technical capacity
  • 2+ years of experience as a People Leader  
  • Rules Engines (Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Business Rules, ILOG, DROOLS) familiarity
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent Communication skills:  verbal, written, and presentation
  • Ideal person will still be able to get their hands dirty and lead their team
  • Prior experience within a software development company with exposure to multiple cycles and releases
