We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to help keep our product development on track working alongside Product Managers, engineers, and managers.  The position will support and manage the releases, projects, and initiatives across the product org, by establishing and continuously improving business practices, elevating insights and trends, and handling special projects. The role is key in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness - partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver programs and projects that enable us to operate as a cohesive, integrated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination and planning for cross products programs and activities to ensure that the processes run smoothly, defining cross-functional milestones, monitoring risks, and coordinating schedules.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders in an ever-changing environment to establish roadmaps and timelines, anticipate and manage risks, and resolve technical or operational challenges along the way.
  • Own systems for project documentation, status tracking, and communication between project stakeholders to ensure delivery and overall program health; communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
  • Establish, drive and continuously improve standards for processes that promote a high standard for product delivery and efficiency of teams
  • Contribute to an environment that's conducive to great execution culture and removes obstacles to projects completion
  • Leverage existing tools and introduce best practices in tooling, automation, and process improvements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of program management experience in a technical field 
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work with many different personality types and positively influence others
  • Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, highly organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple projects in parallel with an ability to get the job done
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the Cribl’s operations.  We are a lean team and wear many hats!
