If you feel these are your passions and skills, then we want to hear from you! FourKites is looking for a US based Technical Program Manager to join our team. Learn a little about what we are looking for;
- Work with Cross functional product and engineering teams to conceptualise solutions
- Be hands on with the teams in Sprint planning, Estimation, Retros and other scrum ceremonies.
- Program manage technical, complex, large scale, cross-team, cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery
- Continuously measure and report the progress of teams and organizational units in meeting their goals and the goals of FourKites
- Interact with product, engineering and GTM executives on a daily basis in order to facilitate informed decision making
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Set a gold standard for concise, polished, and crisp communication.
- Be a catalyst for change in the organization, lead without authority and handle evolving change efforts by establishing excellent rapport with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with large scale systems/SaaS
- Expertise in measuring progress, identifying process gaps and balancing engineering and product asks
- Ability to dive deep and come up with root cause to systemic issues
- Ability to present data and status, tailored to varied levels of management
- Agile Lifecycle Management tool expertise—preferably with JIRA
- Ability to thrive in an environment with a high-degree of change and competing priorities
- Continuously work towards planning and execution excellence
- Ability to influence and motivate without authority
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a strongly associated discipline
- In-depth and practical knowledge of agile development methodologies
- 10 to 14 years of overall Engineering experience
- 5+ years in technical program management or similar experience
- Demonstrable experience of leading complex cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Must be technically savvy and completely at ease with leading successful engineering focused discussions
- Should have experience in Product based organizations
- PMP certification; CSM or PMI-ACP or SAFe certification
- Cloud or Data related certifications would be an added advantage
