Let's define "Technical Program/Project Manager" as we see it. You love to and are great at:

  • Create and maintain multiple dashboards, products plans and sprints for various teams in JIRA
  • Audit reports to ensure quality is being met and provide recommendations
  • Handle our Portfolio of Transitions; prioritization and creating a capacity planning framework
  • Partner with internal teams to gather all data requests required by our Systems Enablement team
  • Able to produce a high quality, detailed and thorough data analysis on Engineering performance measurements.
  • Provide periodic review of team member performance using both formal and informal mechanisms; mentor team members in best practices and provide skill development

You support ShoppingGives by creating product plans, partnering with internal teams and ensuring quality is being met.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven success in the strategy, planning, and implementation of digital projects.
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience in an interactive agency (or equal) setting preferred
  • Experience in fintech or digitization projects preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and leading others
  • Experience in technical project delivery including a deep understanding of SDLC
  • Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and environments
  • Bring a good amount of the stuff listed in our definition of a Technical Program/Project Manager (above)
