Being a Technical Project Manager at iManage means…
You will join our growing Risk & Compliance team to help drive our client implementations to success. You will support the project lifecycle for the technical deliverables of our product implementations. You will engage directly with our customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams to drive our technical implementations from kick‐off to go‐ live.

iM Responsible For…
- Developing and maintaining detailed, technical implementation plans that outline tasks, milestone dates and allocation of resources aligned to statements of work from kick‐off through go‐live.
- Working with business solution analysts and technical solution analysts to understand and translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions in our products.
- Collaborate to push technical and project strategy and detailed plans for introducing technical changes into client or cloud environments.
- Maintaining up‐to‐date knowledge of our Risk & Compliance products and programs to assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology aligned to our product offerings, specific to technical implementation.
- Enforce methodology to ensure consistent outcomes and traceability.
- Deliver enhancements and upgrades at our existing clients. Ensuring that multiple, concurrent projects are completed on‐time and on‐budget.
- Partner closely with our Engineering, Business Project Manager and Support teams to foster client relations and to meet project timelines and goals.
- Manage all phases of technical service delivery across our teams; analysis and design, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment of our solutions.
- Deliver continuous improvement and optimization of technical project processes and procedures
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technology‐related field
- 5+ years of hands‐on technical implementation work, as an implementation engineer or related experience
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in the hands‐on technical project management of sophisticated technology solutions and leading complex projects in a fast‐paced environment, at a detailed level
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Comfort in speaking to technical matters with stakeholders in an organization as well as in collaborating with technical individuals internally (QA, Engineering, Product Managers, etc.)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability in delivering great outcomes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving mindset to remove technical hurdles and implementation roadblocks
