Coinflip is searching for a Technical Writer/Project Administrator to assist with the writing of SOP’s for training purposes, the creation and maintenance of company resource guides and with assisting with necessary documentation of ongoing projects. This is a hybrid role, with about 50% of the responsibilities going towards maintaining our company resource directory and training documents, and with about 50% assisting in project management. 

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit end-user and internal-user knowledge base content describing CoinFlip processes and troubleshooting guides
  • Maintain and update our Coinflip Employee Wiki on our Confluence server with our new processes
  • Partner with various teams across the organization to develop new knowledge base articles to add to our knowledge base system for future reference. 
  • Updates project files and critical data points, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Attends meetings as required and prepares meeting notes for distribution.
  • Contribute and influence towards various other administrative requirements related to project management

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of relevant work or educational experience
  • Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
  • 1-2 Years of Atlassian Confluence Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with working with Asana or other project management software
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to details
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with a high degree of adaptability
  • Understanding of standard business processes
