Being a Technology Partner Manager at iManage means…
You are responsible for managing the Technology Partner relationship from a technical enablement standpoint. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of supporting requests coming from the Technology Partners as they relate to best practices information and access to enablement resources.
You will play a key role in driving the adoption of the Universal API (UAPI) in support of the iManage Platform and you will work closely with the Technology Partner community to communicate the benefits, enhancements, and updates to the UAPI, and best practices to moving off legacy APIs and SDKs. Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for the Technology Partner community by providing feedback and suggestions from the field.
iM Responsible For…
- Working directly with Technical Partner Program Manager as a technical advisor when handling inquiries from prospective Technology Partners.
- Communicating with the Technology Partners to understand their integrated solutions, how they integrate, and tracking where they are in supporting the various iManage APIs.
- Answering feasibility questions related to both the iManage APIs and Product capabilities.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of enablement / accessibility tasks related to resources available to Technology Partners and their respective program. T
- Working with the Partner Program Manager to maintain and track technology partner integrations, APIs/SDKs, app registrations, and compliance with the UAP program.
- Serving as the single point of contact for making sure Partner enhancement and ticket requests are being escalated and tracked as needed.
- Proactively alerting partner of ETA as well as actual GA release which includes enhancements / fixes.
- Supporting the various enablement resources such as sandbox environments, documentation, software, etc.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- Experience supporting iManage Work environments
- A background in developing / utilizing development code to build integrations by leveraging third party APIs. Preferred technologies include:
- Microsoft C# / ASP.NET
- Python
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Microsoft Office (user-level functional experience)
- Demonstrated experience supporting virtual machine environments
- On-prem using tools like VMWare and Hyper-V
- Cloud hosted using Azure
- Supported Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server platforms
- A passion for customer enablement and support
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (or equivalent education) preferred
