WHO YOU ARE:

As a Technology Portfolio Manager in our Wealth Management Technology group, you support multiple large technology teams. You thrive in bringing process simplification, working with stakeholders to define metrics, integrating information to drive better decisions, and improving operational effectiveness. Furthermore, you:• Have strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Adapt to changing environments and enjoy finding creative ways to overcoming challenges.• Relish in learning new systems and ways of thinking.• Are self-motivated, work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Have excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.• Have proven ability to work successfully with all organizational levels.• Have advanced Excel skills.• Are an advocate for creating a fun and positive work environment.• Have experience using collaboration, project management and time-tracking applications like Teams, Confluence, PowerBI, Sharepoint, Clarity PPM.• Have experience with Agile methodology.• Have a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of professional work experience in software development.

As a partner in the Project Management Office, you will be an integral part of our technology team that is innovating an entire industry. As a Technology Portfolio Manager, you will:• Establish operational metrics / OKRs (e.g. financials, workforce).• Collect and analyze data to create progress reports.• Provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and quality.• Provide financial oversight for a $25 million group budget.• Build productive relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and support needs.• Operate independently and develop in-depth knowledge of specific technology functions.• Act as a change agent for the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, standards, tools and policies.• Establish a project manager community of practice within the group.• Research, recommend and implement knowledge management strategy and develop supporting materials.
