Job Description The Technology Project Manager will communicate with Program stakeholders on Agile development progress, adoption of controls to mitigate technology risk, and operational readiness to launch in the region or country. You will apply knowledge of technical trends and vendor practices in Program/Project Management to ensure successful delivery of the program. Develop processes and tools that encourage continuous performance improvements, as well as support Payment Card Industry (PCI) and other regulatory certification.
As the Project Manager you will establish and maintain working relationship with technology management, business management, program sponsors, vendors, and business clients. Act as a communication channel between Engineering and Agile scrum masters for ongoing program management status and issues, managing communication channels, and risk escalation. Proactively identify and resolve issues that would present a risk to program/project implementation across geographies. Promote effective teamwork, educate peers or assigned subject matter expertise areas, and manage interpersonal issues.

As the Project Manager you will establish and maintain working relationship with technology management, business management, program sponsors, vendors, and business clients. Qualifications:
- College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of IT Project Management experience with relevant business and team leadership skills. PMP certification a plus
- Previous payments experience a plus
- Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
- Experience in working with external Service Providers, Acquirers, or Gateways a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Financial Institutions or FinTechs a plus
- Experience in highly regulated technical environments, PCI, or SOC a plus
- Experience with Governance and Controls a plus
