Hello Traffic Coordinator!

Our team is growing! Freeosk, Inc. is searching for a full-time, Chicago-based Traffic Coordinator to join our Creative department to route, track, and oversee creative service requests from proposal through completion. In this role, you’ll hone your problem-solving and resource management skills, finding ways around roadblocks to ensure deliverables are on track and deadlines are met. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with individuals from across the company and external vendors to help bring a wide range of creative projects to life.

We are looking for a natural organizer with the ability to oversee several projects. Our ideal candidate is adaptable and remains calm under the pressure of tight timelines and changing priorities. If you are looking to further develop your project management skills and are drawn to creative processes, this role may be perfect for you!

Some of the key responsibilities you’ll have include:

• Create and manage creative project timelines
• Coordinate and track Creative to-dos/progress
• Schedule and track internal meetings
• Attend and track Internal Creative Reviews (ICR)
• Manage vendor communications
• Provide additional support to the Creative team 

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or relevant experience
• 1+ years of managing multiple projects with varying timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent time-management skills
• Proven ability to manage resources effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
