Virtual & Hybrid Event Producer
The Virtual & Hybrid Event Producer is an integral member of BigMarker’s Event Production Team. We are seeking an excited, team-oriented specialist to help our customers implement BigMarker’s software to execute virtual events, hybrid events, and webinars.
A successful Virtual & Hybrid Event Producer will bring strong critical thinking, problem solving, and technical skills to the team. We will train you on BigMarker’s software solutions and your role will be to utilize the software to work with new and existing customers to use our software to execute large scale, high quality virtual events and webinars. The ideal candidate has a successful track-record working with software-based solutions and/or delivering client projects on-time and on-target. A successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure their events are produced and delivered on-time and on-target, with deliverables falling within the applicable scope, timeline, and budget. They will coordinate with a broad team to execute all aspects of each client implementation. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the account manager, serve as the primary technical resource for new and existing customers
- Become an expert on all BigMarker product offerings and utilize the software to build and execute virtual events ranging from 100 to 50,000+ attendees
- Serve as the primary client contact for implementation meetings and coordination of the build process
- Work with clients to understand the scope and needs of their virtual events & translate them into process changes and solutions s
- Develop and advise best-in-class solutions for clients including the necessary (and complex) software configuration and customization steps
- Train end users on system functionality
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in implementing software solutions
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing role
- Familiarity with collaboration and time management tools
- Experience with process improvement
- Advanced time management and attention to detail
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
Nice to have, but not required:
- HTML/CSS Experience
- Event Planning Experience
- Experience building websites and landing pages

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
