Projects & Promotions Coordinator (AP AR)

The Project and Promotions Coordinator in this administrative role will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are coded and approved for payment in support of our largest client's projects and promotions. Additional responsibilities:
- Code invoices within approved budget parameters
- Research discrepancies when invoices do not meet budget parameters
- Communicate with and resolve vendor issues when required
- Communicate with intercompany departments and vendors when additional information is required
- Create monthly billings to markets for various global costs
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany promotional payables
- Interface with international counterparts and intercompany departments
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Experience
- Expert in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, v-lookup, maintain macros)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience with JD Edwards financial modules is a plus
