Role Summary:
McNabb
Technologies is seeking successful, creative, and proven sales
professionals to join our fast growing company as an Account Executive.
You will be a successful candidate if you want to pioneer our native
Salesforce.com TouchCR e-commerce solution. You’ll have an opportunity
to do something that hasn’t been done before both at our company and in
the Salesforce community. Companies often have an e-commerce solution
for one Salesforce cloud (Marketing, Service, Sales), however TouchCR
brings them all together and empowers the customer with combined
analytics, email communication, Journey Builder, data management,
dashboards, reporting, and shopping cart capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Create and drive revenue through selling TouchCR
Generate
business opportunities through networking, referrals, Salesforce.com
referrals, the ISV community, word of mouth, and warm introductionsFully own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales in a new business role
2+ years of outside enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience
Fluency in selling cloud based solutions (Salesforce or other enterprise SaaS preferred)
Experience selling at the "CxO” level (CMO is a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Proven success managing the sales cycle from business inception to final sale
Proven success managing and closing complex sales-cycles
Understanding of e-commerce applications/products and/or willingness to learn
Consistent
six-figure earnings, demonstrating an upwards trajectory of performance
(against individual direct sales quotas of approximately $1M+)
Nice To Haves (not 100% required):
CPG and/or marketing automation experience.
Awards or public recognition for outstanding sales, complex negotiations, and/or customer retention
Bachelor or University Degree
