About the Role:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through closed business within one's assigned territory
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through a consultative selling approach; knowledge of Challenge Sales preferred
  • Communicate Nextpoint's value proposition and solution offering
  • Perform product demonstrations; prepare proposals and sales contracts
  • Maintain a high level of activity (meetings per week) to ensure a healthy pipeline
  • Track opportunities in one's pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and report revenue in CRM.
  • Collaborate with other team members (e.g. Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success) to delight prospects and customers
  • Proactively seek opportunities to innovate on our sales processes and create new efficiencies
  • Meet and achieve quarterly sales targets

Ability to travel as needed. Travel may include coming into the office for events, quarterly, or going on-site to meet with clients.

  • 4+ years experience as a full cycle, quota-carrying sales representative
  • Demonstrated record of success in previous market facing roles
  • Interest/experience in working with small-medium sized, start-up tech companies and in rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative work ethic
  • Experience in the legal industry and or/with Software-as-a-Service company preferred
  • Proficiency in
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Will need to provide proof of Covid 19 vaccination
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer

In Product, collaboration is vital in serving our core user, business, and technical needs. On any given day, I may have a feasibility discussion with Engineers, define user challenges with Engagement, speak with Sales on the value of a release, meet with Marketing on our release strategy, and more. All of this informs the future of our product.
