Moonrise is an on-demand labor and talent acquisition solution backed by American Family Insurance. We are looking to add an additional member to our B2B sales team. This role will be responsible for continuing to grow the Chicagoland/Illinois territory. They will also help with expansion into new markets. A true hunter role, you will be tasked with seeking out and closing new clients for the Moonrise On-Demand and Moonrise Direct product lines.
The right candidate should be comfortable with every step of the sales cycle, from prospect to close. While some leads and meetings will be provided, you will be responsible for making sure your sales funnel is full at all times. You will work closely with the inside sales, account management, and recruitment teams to provide a seamless on-boarding experience for new clients.
Expected ramp time will be 3 months with coaching/training provided. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, human resources, or staffing (Extra consideration if you have experience in more than one!) Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or high-growth environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify and qualify new business opportunities
Coordinate and execute high-volume outreach through appropriate channels
Nurture and cultivate relationships through to close
Coordinate, schedule and run meetings and product demos
Amend and review contracts as needed
CRM Upkeep
Work internally with sales and marketing to source qualified leads
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B sales role
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Unmatched hustle and prone to exceeding goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
Background in technology, staffing, or human resources
Access to reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
