Account Executive, Industry Sales, Consumer 

Summary / Objective:  

 

As part of the Outcome Health Industry Sales team, the Account Executive helps coordinate sales activity from beginning to end, supporting media revenue growth in the Consumer (non-Rx) categories. The AE is a true sales partner, paired with Sales Directors, and is a “master of the details” -- capable of running projects with limited day-to-day supervision. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Research and assist with outreach to target accounts 
  • Work with Sales Directors on pre-sale efforts including pitch presentations and proposals
  • Communicate with clients and agency partners during pre-sale, implementation and post-sale process
  • Liaise between internal teams and clients/agency to ensure deliverables are produced and timelines are met for successful campaign delivery
  • Coordinate with internal Legal and Deal Desk teams to ensure seamless contracting process
  • Partner with Client Success Managers on program execution, campaign monitoring and monthly reporting
  • Maintain accuracy of Salesforce accounts, contacts and opportunities 
  • Participate in client meetings on a regular basis; limited travel required (
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities

 Knowledge & Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in health-related or consumer packaged goods industry (client, agency or publisher)
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred; MediaRadar, a plus 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in a highly-collaborative, team-based environment
  • Intellectually curious, always interested in learning more
  • Exceptional work ethic

Experience & Education:

 

  • 3+ years experience in media sales, sales planning/buying, digital marketing or account management
  • College graduate
